1. The portal is being created and operated to provide a marketing platform for homestays, village stays, farm stays, and bed and breakfast units registered with the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board.
2. To join this web portal operated by the organization, membership is mandatory. The initial membership fee is INR 1000,and the annual portal fee is also INR 1000. Members who have already obtained membership only need to pay the annual maintenance fee of INR 1000 to the organization to list their homestay, etc., on this portal.
3. Your uploaded content will be reviewed by the portal administrator, and only after all fees have been paid will it be approved for the portal.
4. During the one-year period of your listing on portal, you will be notified one month in advance of the 12th month regarding the renewal of your unit for the next year. You will only need to pay a maintenance fee of INR 1000 for this renewal.
5. The organization will promote this portal at the national and international levels. The portal will also be promoted through social media.
6. The operation of organization's portal will be managed solely by Chairman and Secretary of the Governing Body, and in case of any dispute, the Chairman's decision will be final.
7. In addition to Home Stays, Village Stays, Farm Stays, and Bed and Breakfast units registered with Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board, other unregistered Home Stay units can also affiliate with the Home Stay Owners Welfare Society and become members to list their units on this portal. However, the organization will verify that their operations and location comply with Home Stay regulations and promote and demonstrate responsible tourism.
8. The content on this web portal can only be updated and managed by the user. The admin reserves the right to remove any misleading information or inflammatory content.
9. The number of images you display should not exceed 12. The images should be of high quality and in the specified format. Please include details about nearby tourist attractions and the unique features of your homestay in the content so that
tourists searching for accommodation receive proper guidance.
10. Please clearly mention the category assigned to your property by the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board, such as Diamond, Gold, Silver, etc., in the content. Also, clearly state the type of accommodation your property offers, such as Home stay, Village Stay, or Farm Stay.
11. The portal admin reserves the right to remove the listing of any member whose actions create any kind of dispute or conflict.
12. All payment receipts will be provided by the organization in digital format and sent via email.
